Things to remember when submitting artwork:

bulletLogos must be vectorized in order to be properly used.
bulletLogos must be created in Illustrator CS or less - higher versions are not compatible.
bulletPlease specify Pantone colour numbers.
bulletHard copy logo artwork supplied MUST BE 600+ dpi.  As a rule fax copies will not work as the residue left from a fax machine makes it impossible to digitize.  A clean black & white copy works best.
bulletLogos sent on email from a PC do not always transfer well.  A solution may be to have the designing artist email the logos direct.
